Every person has a varied response to diets, thus at My Fit Space we customise each plan to meet your needs by continuing to query about your food intake. Within 48 hours of your consultation, our meal plans are created and sent out, allowing you to get started right away. We evaluate everything, including goals and body types as well as preferences, dislikes, and intolerances. We even take into account your existing meal preferences and the ideal macronutrient intake. Below is an illustration of how one of our diets might appear, but it’s important to remember that this is merely an illustration and that not everyone will be able to follow it.

  • Make smoothies and weigh out all of your meals the night before, if possible. Consistency and preparation are essential!
  • Drink at least 2 litres of fluid each day, preferably simple water, but this can also come in the form of sugar-free soft drinks, cordials, black tea/coffee, etc.

  • Sauces, herbs, and seasonings are all OK as long as they don’t have extra calories. Use them to add flavour and enjoyment to your food, but watch out for the added calories.
  • Apply a small amount of canola cooking spray to the pan if you need to cook with oil.
  • Every night, get 7-9 hours of sleep.
