What is your training style? (e.g. intense, relaxed, methodical, scientific)

My training style is focused on intense training and scientific methods through researching what types of exercises and intensities are suitable for each client. I also like to be flexible with my training style so that I’m able to adapt to each client’s needs.

 What can we expect in a training session with you?

You can expect passion and honesty towards the clients as well as exercises prescribed to them that are suitable for achieving their needs and goals.

Why are you a personal trainer?

I have a great interest in exercise and like to see people improve and become the best versions of themselves both physically and mentally, seeing clients progress overtime feels rewarding to me.

What are your hobbies?

I like playing sports, travelling, listening to music, and socialising.

Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?

Spending time with friends and family
