What can we expect in a training session with you?
A fun but effective session that will not only push you but also make you feel accomplished. I’m very personal in my approach and have a good understanding of when my clients need extra motivation to reach their full potential.
Why are you a personal trainer?
I’m passionate about helping people become healthier and better versions of themselves. Seeing progress in my clients is incredibly rewarding and is what drives me to do what I do.
What are your hobbies?
I love training Muay Thai and going to the gym with my mates, but when I’m not, I enjoy cooking a variety of cuisines.
Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?
Soaking up the warm weather, drinking piña coladas and munching Pad Kra Pow (spicy pork and holy basil) in Thailand!
