My training style is holistic and adaptable. I focus on creating a motivating and supportive environment while tailoring sessions to suit each client’s unique goals, whether they’re looking to improve strength, fitness, or overall well-being.

Why are you a personal trainer?
I became a personal trainer because I love helping people transform their lives. Seeing my clients gain confidence, reach milestones, and become the best versions of themselves is incredibly rewarding.
What are your hobbies?
I’m passionate about beach volleyball and enjoy spending time at the beach surfing. I also play mixed netball in my spare time because I love staying active and connecting with others through sports.
Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?
The beach is my happy place—whether I’m catching waves, playing volleyball, or just soaking in the ocean vibes, it’s where I feel most relaxed and energised.
