What is your training style? (e.g. intense, relaxed, methodical, scientific)

I adopt both an intense and relaxed training style. Each client is different in terms of motivation, work ethic, and goal setting, so I’ll aim to change my training style depending on the clients.

 

What can we expect in a training session with you?

A training session with me will consist of a program that is specific for the clients needs and goals, along with a fun and engaging session.

 

Why are you a personal trainer?

I am a personal trainer because I would like to show people of all abilities the benefits of exercise as well as the satisfaction you feel when you achieve goals and see results.

 

What are your hobbies?

I have a huge passion for music production and DJing. I enjoy the occasional T.V show binge (personal favourite being the walking dead). When I have the time, I also love catching up with mates and playing video games.

 

Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?

DJing, chatting with mates or listening to music
