What is your training style? (e.g. intense, relaxed, methodical, scientific)

My training style is adaptable and relaxed. I aim to create a fun and welcoming environment with sessions that are tailored to your goals and needs so you can get the most out of each session.

What can we expect in a training session with you?

You can expect a challenging but supportive session that is individualised to your goals and abilities. This aims to not only build your confidence in the gym but also achieve results you’re proud of.

Why are you a personal trainer?

I’m a personal trainer because I love sharing my passion for the gym with others. I believe it’s a great way to move your body and improve your mood and well-being. I love being able to help others reach their individual goals and explore the benefits they get from exercising.

What are your hobbies?

I love going to the gym and playing footy as well as catching up with my friends, whether it’s over dinner, ice-cream or going for a walk. I also love a good book!

Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?

Anywhere outside, but especially the beach.
