What is your training style? (e.g. intense, relaxed, methodical, scientific)

My training style is entirely based on the individual. Sessions can be adjusted to suit each client’s preferences and to help them achieve their goals.

 

What can we expect in a training session with you?

You can expect the session to be tailored to your goals and abilities. Together, we will create a program that you enjoy and that helps you achieve the results you want.

 

Why are you a personal trainer?

I personally love learning about the effects of exercise on the body, both physically and mentally. I enjoy providing a safe, friendly environment where I can share this knowledge to help others discover the benefits of exercise and see how it can affect different aspects of their own lives.

 

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy playing football during the winter and kicking the ball around. I also love spending time with friends, whether it’s going to the beach, watching movies, or just catching up over coffee or dinner.

 

Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?

I love going to the beach and hanging out with my friends, playing different games in the sand or going for a swim. I also enjoy relaxing at home and learning to play the guitar.
