What can we expect in a training session with you?

My training style is dependent on the client’s needs and goals. I can be flexible and modify training programs based off of what the client would prefer and what we think would be the best option for us to get the most out of your sessions.

In a training session with me you can expect a session structured and purposeful focused on your individual goals. Depending on what you want we can tailor the session to how we see fit!

Why are you a personal trainer?

I am a personal trainer because I am passionate about health and fitness and helping others get the best out of themselves. Helping clients reach their goals and feel stronger both physically and mentally is what drives me.

What are your hobbies?

I play netball, read and love going for walks with friends and family.

Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?
My happy place is being at home on the farm with my family, otherwise it would be spending time with friends, going for walks or trying new restaurants.

What’s your favourite hype song for life?

It would have to be “Let me think about it by Ida Corr and Fedde Le Grand”.
