What is your training style? (e.g. intense, relaxed, methodical, scientific)
The training style I have found most effective is a balance of keeping the session fun, whilst striving for the clients’ goals. No two people are alike, consequently neither is a session and my training style will adapt accordingly.

Why are you a personal trainer?
The reason I became a personal trainer was for the sense of reward achieved by helping people reach their goals and become the best version of themselves. It has always been a passion of mine, so to be able to share knowledge and help people improve both their mental and physical health means the world.
What are your hobbies?
My favourite pastime is surfing. I have been doing it for as long as I can remember, and it never gets old. If I don’t have a surfboard, you can find me going for a swim or skating. At the end of the day though, everything is more fun with your friends!
Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?
I will always feel at home down at the beach. It is a very majestic place that allows you to escape from your everyday worries. There is nothing more relaxing than going for an evening walk to watch the sunset.
