What is your training style? (e.g. intense, relaxed, methodical, scientific)

My training style can be both relaxed or intense depending on the client and their needs. I aim to be flexible and adapt training programs to be specific to a client’s goals and what they aim to get out of their sessions.

In a training session with me, you can expect a dynamic and personalised experience tailored to your unique preferences and fitness goals. I believe in blending the activities you enjoy with new challenges to keep you both engaged and motivated. This approach not only makes the journey enjoyable but also ensures that you’re continuously evolving and making steady strides towards your health and fitness goals.

 

Why are you a personal trainer?

My involvement in sport and the gym has allowed me to experience the immense physical and mental benefits of exercise. This has made me passionate about helping others discover the same benefits and achieve their fitness goals, guiding them towards a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

 

What are your hobbies?

I have always had a love for swimming and working out in the gym. I also enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family as well as many hours on the piano. 

 

Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)? 

Anywhere near water or sitting at a piano.
