What is your training style? (e.g. intense, relaxed, methodical, scientific)

I incorporate a mixture of relaxed and intense training styles supported by a scientific foundation.

 

What can we expect in a training session with you?

No two clients that walk through the door are the same, everyone has a variety of goals, experience, and personality traits. In my sessions I aim to cater to each client through fun and entertaining, personalised sessions, that meet their goals and needs.

 

Why are you a personal trainer?

Due to my passion in the health and fitness industry, which looks to assist others in improving their quality of life through becoming the best version of themselves.

 

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy working out in the gym, having weekly movie nights with mates and spending time down at the beach.

 

Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?

Quality time spent with mates and family.
