A relaxed and holistic approach that is tailored to the client to allow them to feel encouraged and motivated to meet their goals.
What can we expect in a training session with you?
Clients can expect a session with me to be adaptive to individual goals and needs whilst working in a fun and inclusive environment.
Why are you a personal trainer?
I am a personal trainer as I would love to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for the gym with others. I believe it is a great way to feel confident and work towards specific goals that can improve every day activities.
What are your hobbies?
When I’m not working, I enjoy playing footy and netball for my local club, as well as spending time with friends at the beach or catching up over a walk or dinner.
Where is your happy place (outside of the gym)?
I love spending time at the beach, specifically any beaches within Wilsons Prom or spending time with my friends and family.
What’s your favourite hype song for life?
Currently it is Heaven Takes You Home by Swedish House Mafia, but it is constantly changing!
